When you make a gift, you will have the option to include the name of the Rush health care provider you’d like to honor, who will then be notified. While your gift amount will remain anonymous, your name and contact information will be shared.

Celebrate Your Health Care Team: In the checkout process, please include the name of the person/team you wish to honor.
Let Them Know: If you choose, we can notify your caregiver that a gift was made in their honor. The amount of your gift will not be shared.
